Operation: See The Light - Supporting The Troops!

Bo Bice fans have identified two organizations that are doing great work in providing our service men and women who are currently deployed overseas packages and gifts to let them they are in our thoughts and hearts this holiday season, and how very much we appreciate them. Bo's fans are organizing to send Bo's new CD See The Light to be include in holiday packages for our troops.

The two organizations we will be donating to are: Tunes for Troops and Organization Gratitude.

Both organizations are dedicated to lifting the spirits of our troops and bringing a smile to their faces by providing us a way to express our respect and appreciation to the men and women of the U.S. military overseas.

Our goal is to collect and donate as many copies as possible of Bo's new CD "See The Light"as gifts to be included in the care packages sent to our troops overseas this holiday season.

The Heart of this program is to bring a smile to the faces of the Service Members who read the letters and cards.

WHAT TO WRITE ABOUT

  • Be thankful~~share a little bit of yourself with them Ask questions (but not about death or killing)

  • Avoid politics completely and religion in excess~~ Saying you pray for them is OK - don't over do it - It's all about heart, appreciation and respect

  • Ask yourself: "Will this letter bring a smile to someone's face?"

  • Sample salutations include: Dear Service Member, Dear Hero, Dear Brave One, etc.
